We hired Biosweep to deal with recurring mold in our bathroom after another company’s failed attempt. They assured us they would eliminate both the mold and the source, and initially, it seemed promising. However, after three months, the mold returned. When we contacted them again, they claimed there was now a “new source of mold,” which we found implausible. Despite their higher price and positive ratings, the end result felt no different than our previous, cheaper attempt. We were quite disappointed with the aftercare and the lack of long-term resolution, especially considering the cost.
